Walpole Police Arrest 3 for OUI Liquor Last Week

Wednesday, April 24:

1:55 a.m. – Evan Peters, 26, of Franklin, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 in Walpole. Bail was set at $40.

10:38 p.m. – John Harper, 30, of Walpole, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, carrying a dangerous weapon, marked lanes violation, miscellaneous motor vehicle defective equipment violation and possession of Class C substance. Bail was set at $40. The arrest was made following a motor vehicle stop close to Harper’s Washington Street residence.

Saturday, April 27:

1:33 a.m. – Katherine D. Flynn, 26, of Sherborn, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor following a motor vehicle stop on West Street in Walpole. Bail was set at $40.
