Monday- March 11, 2013
Safety Hazard- 7:43 a.m.
East Street- Caller reported that the sidewalks on East Street by the school were not plowed and kids were walking in the street. Highway Department notified. Said they had equipment out there and were working on the sidewalks.

Officer Wanted- 11:29 a.m.
Washington Street- Caller reported that a 2-year-old ran out in front of a vehicle. The caller had a hold of the child. Mother located, child returned.

Shoplifting- 2:49 p.m.
999 Route 1- Caller reported a shoplifter. Michael Castro Velez, 44, of 1053 Main Street, Apt. 1, Walpole was arrested for alleged Shoplifting by Asportation.
Officer Wanted- 5:17 p.m.
High Plain Street- Out with an elderly female who appeared to be directing traffic. Party was on the sidewalk. Left the area after spoken to.
Warrant Arrest- 5:36 p.m.
972 Main Street- Michael D. Poitras, 33, of 67 Phillips Road, Sagamore Beach, Mass. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Warrant Arrest- 6:41 p.m.
1051 Main Street- James Joseph Howard, 20, of 1051 Main Street, Apt. 1, Walpole was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants for alleged Destruction of Property, Assault and Battery, Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Marked Lanes Violation.

Main Street- Employee requested a report for fake coins she received from a customer.
Assault and Battery- 4:48 p.m.
32 Windsor Road- Adrianna Petrillo, 23, of 32 Windsor Road, E. Walpole was arrested for alleged Assault and Battery.
Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License- 9:12 p.m.
592 East Street- Michael L. Goguen, 50, of 176 North Main Street, Natick, Mass. was arrested for alleged Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, Subsequent Offense.
Possession of a Class D Subtance with Intent to Distribute- 9:45 p.m.
1015 East Street- Hunter Stanley, 17, of 68 Millbrook Avenue, Walpole was arrested for alleged Possession of a Class D Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Class D Substance, Operating a Motor Vehicle in Violation of a License Restriction, Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Uninsured Motor Vehicle Trailer.
Possession of a Class D Substance- 10:21 p.m.
1015 East Street- Jeremy N. Himmelman, 17, of 581 Common Street, Walpole was arrested for alleged Possession of a Class D Substance.

Main Street- Sex offender registered.
Forced Breaking and Entering- 8:25 p.m.
Hilltop Drive- Report of forced breaking and entering. Officers notified. State Police K-9 unit sent.

East Street- Report of an open door to an empty home.
Suspicious Motor Vehicle- 1:00 p.m.
South Street- NSTAR foreman reported two males in a gray Volvo station wagon taking pictures of the site. Vehicle fled the area when approached.
Suspicious Person- 7:20 p.m.
Main Street- Suspect walking down the street with a street sign. Sign recovered and returned to its proper location.
