Walpole Police Log: People Urinating on Lawn and American Flag Reported Stolen

Friday- March 29, 2013

Suspicious Motor Vehicle- 9:20 a.m.

Hartshorn Road- Received a call for a white vehicle with yellow stripes driving on the wrong side of the road. Gone on arrival.

Larceny Over $250- 7:00 p.m.

550 Route 1- WalMart reported a female shoplifter in custody. Wendy Perez, 24, of 65 Polk Street, Apt. 31, Charlestown, Mass. was arrested for alleged Larceny Over $250.

Saturday- March 30, 2013

Disorderly Conduct- 3:10 a.m.

123 Clear Pond Drive- 9-1-1 call received reporting an unknown person banging on her door and yelling. All cars responded. One transported to the station under arrest. James J. Griffin, 21, of 10 Pearl Street, Walpole was arrested for alleged Disorderly Conduct.

OUI Liquor- 4:03 a.m.

341 Elm Street- Officer with a vehicle in the parking lot by Turner Pond. Morgan W. Childs, 22, of 157 Rolling Meadow Drive, Holliston, Mass. was arrested for alleged OUI Liquor.

Health Hazard- 9:59 a.m.

Main Street- Aftermath contacted to clean a cell at the station for urine.

Animal Complaint- 1:17 p.m.

School Street- Received a call about a huge bee hive by a crosswalk. Area taped off.

Officer Wanted- 2:27 p.m.

Endean Drive- Received a call from a homeowner reporting his American flag and pole were stolen from his yard. Log item only. Caller did not want to file a report or speak with an officer.

Water Problems- 5:03 p.m.

Old Post Road- Fire Department received a call that there was a man hole gushing water. Water Department notified.

Missing Person- 8:13 p.m.

Cinnamon Circle- Reporting party stated that her son had not been home in 3 days. Entered into CJIS as a missing person.

Suspicious Motor Vehicle- 10:11 p.m.

Chandler Avenue- Two suspicious vehicles stopped at his property and the operators urinated on his lawn. Vehicles were gone on arrival.

 

Sunday- March 31, 2013

Be On the Lookout- 11:01 a.m.

Main Street- BOLO out of Norfolk PD for a hit and run.

Larceny- 2:17 p.m.

Route 1- Caller reported a male was taking flowers from the front of Big Y.

Larceny- 3:01 p.m.

Route 1- Report of a shoplifter. Party issued a summons.
