Police Log: Walpole Man Arrested for Allegedly Assaulting a Senior Citizen, Carrying a Dangerous Weapon

May 23
8:42 a.m. Holly Winter, 56, of 189 Main St. was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.
11:19 a.m. Derek Boutlier was arrested for disorderly conduct.

2:46 p.m. Caller reported a case of shoplifting on Route 1.

3:15 p.m. Douglas Reynolds, 25, of 13 Webster St. in Taunton was arrested for two counts of felony larceny. He was also arrested for five warrants, which included misdemeanor larceny, shoplifting, felony larceny and trespassing.
5:30 p.m. Vincent Hayes, 52, of 300 East St. was arrested for disorderly conduct and misdemeanor larceny.
8:01 p.m. John Lanier, 58, of 8 Pearl St. was arrested for assault and battery, assault and battery on a senior citizen, carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute.
11:54 p.m. Robert Shedd, 25, of 15 Coach Rd. was arrested for felony malicious destruction of property and assault and battery.
