Well Being Check- 2:15 a.m.

Common Street- Dedham PD requested a check on a male subject. His car was found off the road with heavy front end damage in Dedham.

Carrying a Dangerous Weapon- 10:10 p.m.

333 Coney Street- Christian Robert Palumbo-Muse, 28, of 67 Rustic Road, Apt. 1 in Walpole was arrested on three counts of alleged Carrying a Dangerous Weapon and alleged License Not in Possession and on an outstanding warrant.

Tuesday- Feb. 5, 2013

OUI Liquor, 3rd Offense- 2:28 a.m.

40 Robbins Road- Operator passed out behind the wheel. Michael J. Geoghegan, 49, of 14 Haynes Street, Walpole was arrested for alleged OUI Liquor, 3 Offense and Marked Lanes Violation.

Larceny Over $250- 9:58 a.m.

972 Main Street- Marie S. Kernizan, 24m of 240 River Street, Apt. 1, Mattapan, Mass. was arrested for alleged Larceny Over $250 and Larceny Under $250.

Officer Wanted- 12:13 p.m.

Elm Street- Caller requested an officer to stand by the area while they terminate an employee they may have a problem with. Officer reported no issues with the employee.

Receiving Stolen Property- 5:56 p.m.

753 Main Street- Report of an intoxicated male refusing to leave. Michael T. Dantonio, 41, of 38 Frairy Street, Medfield, Mass. was arrested for alleged Trespassing, Malicious Destruction of Property -$250, Receiving Stolen Property -$250, Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing the Peace.

Wednesday- Feb. 6, 2013

Larceny, Resisting Arrest- 8:57 a.m.

58 Peach Street- Party requested an officer regarding missing tools and an unwanted party. Joseph P. Bisson, 41, of 58 Peach Street, Walpole was arrested for alleged Larceny Under $250, Resisting Arrest and on an outstanding warrant.

Possession of a Class C Substance- 12:10 p.m.

1852 Washington Street- Gregory J. Giampietro, 24, of 8 Summer Street, Apt. A, Walpole was arrested for alleged Speeding, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Possession of a Class C Substance.

Warrant Arrest- 8:14 p.m.

630 Route 1- Jeffry M. Waterman, 40, of 603 Route 1, Walpole was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Failure to Stop for Police- 10:14 p.m.

1115 Route 1- Officer pursued an erratic operator travelling south on the northbound side of Route 1. Brandon Bond Smith, 29, of 74 A Quail Lane, Charlestown, R.I. was arrested for alleged Marked Lanes Violation, Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Failure to Stop for Police and Failure to Use Care, Turn, State Highway.

Water Main Break- 7:02 a.m.

Sandy Valley Drive- Person came into the police station lobby to report a water main break. Water Department notified.
