Monday- April 1, 2013

Suspicious Motor Vehicle- 7:25 a.m.

Elm Street- Received a call from a crossing guard who reported a vehicle that was driving on the sidewalk to avoid traffic. Officer reported that upon arrival the vehicle in question had already parked and the owner left on the train.

Lock Out- 11:01 a.m.

Main Street- Lockout with a child in the vehicle. Party assisted.

Tuesday- April 2, 2013

Operating with a Suspended License- 10:23 a.m.

Main Street- Paul M. Feeney, 47, 10 Rebecca Road, Wrentham, Mass. was arrested for alleged Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, Subsequent Offense.

Larceny- 12:40 p.m.

Norfolk Street- Larceny of scrap metal.

Well Being Check- 3:21 p.m.

Washington Street- Caller reported a male was walking up and down the street yelling at cars. Gone on arrival.

Disabled Motor Vehicle- 7:31 p.m.

Main Street- Report of a pickup truck losing a wheel. Party assisted.

Fraud- 1:36 p.m.

Towle Road- Reporting party received a scan type phone call. It was not a scam. It was the gas company.

Possession with Intent to Distribute- 4:34 p.m.

156 Rustic Road- Gabriel Candelaria, 29, of 7 Charity Street, Dedham, Mass. was arrested for alleged Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Class A Substance, Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws and on multiple outstanding warrants.

Possession with Intent to Distribute- 5:10 p.m.

156 Rustic Road- Luis Perez-Pena, 25, of 10 Olney Place, Apt. 1, Lynn, Mass. was arrested for alleged Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Class A Substance and Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws.

Possession with Intent to Distribute- 5:32 p.m.

156 Rustic Road- Carlos Rivera, 39, of 417 Washington Street, Roslindale, Mass. was arrested for alleged Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Class A Substance, Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws and Use of a Motor Vehicle Without Authority.

Assault and Battery- 7:59 p.m.

70 Highland Street- Party came into the police station lobby to report a past assault. Lynette J. Lyons, 53, of 70 Highland Street, Walpole, Mass. was arrested for alleged Assault and Battery and Threat to Commit a Crime.

Fire- 7:51 a.m.

Washington Green- Callers reported that the can where people place used cigarettes was on fire. Fire Department notified.
