Walpole Public Schools 2013-14 Calendar Announced

The Walpole School Committee voted to approve the calendar for the 2013-2014 school year at their meeting last Thursday.

The staff will return to school Tuesday, Aug. 28.

Students in grades 1-12 return to school Tuesday, Sept. 3. Pre-K and Kindergarten students return Monday, Sept. 9.

The last day of school, with a minimum of 5 snow/emergency days, would be Thursday, June 26.

Other important dates:

Thanksgiving Break- Nov. 27 (Half Day)-Dec. 1

Winter Break- Dec. 23-Jan. 1, 2014

February Vacation- Feb. 17-23

April Vacation- April 18-27

Graduation- June 8

Last Day of School (no snow days)- June 18
