Walpole Traffic: Downed Trees Close Elm Street

Several trees and wires are down on the road.

WALPOLE, MA — Walpole police are warning commuters to take a different route as Elm Street is closed due to downed trees and wires.

Police closed the road at both entrances and detoured traffic. Police are waiting on Walpole DPW crews and Eversource crews.

There were 105 people without power in Walpole as of 11:30 a.m.
