How Much Did That Home Sell For In Waltham?: Here's What Happened Last Week

WALTHAM, MA — Whether you're moving in or out of Waltham, or you're a lifer who is just curious where the new folks are moving in, it's pretty informative to know what the homes in your neighborhood are going for. Last week, 13 homes sold, and one of them happened to be among the most expensive sold in the city so far this year.

The priciest

17 Linden Circle sold for $1,150,000. It was the sixth most expensive home to sell in Waltham this year so far, according to realtor.com. The most expensive sold for $1.6 million on July 13.

The cheapest

Not a single-family house, but a two bedroom condo at 144 Church St. went for $385,000. It was one of three condos last week to sell for under half a million dollars.
