Arlingtonβs Katey Stone has her U.S. Olympic Womenβs Ice Hockey Team off to a 2-0 start at the Winter Games in Sochi, Russia.
With Stone at the helm, the U.S. squad defeated Finland 3-1 Saturday and trounced Switzerland 9-0 Monday, with three goals in the first 55 seconds.
A big test looms Wednesday, as the teamβs final game before the quarterfinals is a rematch of last Olympics gold-medal game against Canada. Canada won the gold in Vancouver, defeating the United States 2-0.
