Christmas Eve Candlelight Service

The Church of the Good Shepherd hosts a Christmas Eve service with carols, scripture, prayer, and celebration. The service includes mass/eucharist/holy communion. The service begins at 5 p.m.

Christmas Day Mass

The Church of the Good Shepherd hosts a smaller, beautiful celebration of the Feast of the Incarnation of our Lord. Carols, prayer, and a Christmas message, as well as mass/eucharist/holy communion. The service on Wednesday begins at 10 a.m.

Watertown High School Sports

The Watertown High School boys ice hockey team hosts Methuen at 8 p.m. on Monday, and on Friday they hosts St. Mary's of Lynn at 4 p.m. at Ryan Arena. The WHS wrestling team has a home match against Woburn on Tuesday at 10 a.m.

December Vacation Art Workshops for K-6

The Arsenal Center for the Arts hosts a special one-day workshop in a variety of media with morning and/or afternoon sessions and optional supervised lunch. Register by calling 617-923-0100, ext. 8309  or visit www.arsenalarts.org/education

Lego Club at the Watertown Library

Drop in at the Watertown Free Public Library on Friday at 10:15 a.m. to meet other Lego enthusiasts at play! For grades K to 5. No registration.
