Buttermilk & Bourbon To Open Watertown Location This July

WATERTOWN, MA — Local celebrity Chef Jason Santos plans to expand Buttermilk & Bourbon to Watertown's Arsenal Yards mid-July.

With the success of Buttermilk & Bourbon, this will be the second location of the popular restaurant located in Boston's Back Bay. The New Orleans inspired-style will bring even more excitement to a newly renovated area at Arsenal Yards.

Known for popping in on "Bar Rescue," chef Santos included southern staples on his menu with his creative spin on some of New Orleans' classics.

"I love what the Arsenal Yards team is building in Watertown, and the energy and aesthetic aligns perfectly with what I was looking for when thinking about opening another Buttermilk & Bourbon location," said Jason Santos, Chef/Owner of Buttermilk & Bourbon. "I can't wait to share New Orleans cuisine and all things Southern with our Watertown neighbors and guests."

Once construction is completed, the Arsenal Yards will offer more than a million square feet of retail stores, apartments, and a large hotel.
