H&K Insurance Fundraising For Watertown Food Pantry
Donations may be made Monday-Friday at H&K.

WATERTOWN, MA β The following press release was submitted by H&K Insurance.
Turn left, turn right, and walk up a couple flights of stairs and youβll see Mary Ann Camilli, receptionist for H&K Insurance, staring at you. But now, the reception area has a little bit more pep in the form of a food-wrapped donation box, fundraising board and sign indicating which items are most in need.
H&K Insurance is fundraising for the Watertown Food Pantry. The pantry, which has served Watertown
for at least a decade, provides residents with a five day supply of food each month. The Watertown-
based insurance agency, which has been around since 1961, has a fundraising goal of $500 in the form
of non-perishable goods and monetary donations.

"With each donation, we plan to gradually fill up the thermometer until we reach our goal. Weβre very
excited about raising awareness and support for the Watertown Food Pantry. Theyβre a great
organization that is doing a lot of good for the residents of Watertown. Weβre honored to support
them," said Brian Kilcoyne, President of H&K Insurance.
Kathleen Cunningham, Coordinator for the Watertown Food Pantry, runs it out of the Belmont-
Watertown United Methodist Church on Mt. Auburn St every Tuesday from 9:00 to 11:30 am and
Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.

Keeping in step with the most in need items for the pantry, H&K Insurance is asking for the following
non-perishable goods: peanut butter, cold cereal, tuna fish, tomato sauce, cannellini beans and
strawberry preserves.
"Besides food or money, the Watertown Food Pantry could always use volunteers and re-usable brown
paper bags. Bags can be expensive to purchase, so itβs always good to donate what is given at the local
supermarket," said Lauren Rich, Marketing Coordinator for H&K Insurance.
Donations can be brought to H&Kβs office at 182 Main Street from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through
Friday, with the exception of 4 oβclock closure on Friday. Monetary donations can be check or cash.
Checks should be made payable to: Watertown Food Pantry, 31 Marshall Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
H&K plans to donate their time to the cause in the near future.
