Mass. RMV to Hold 'Fill-a-Bus' Gift Drive

The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles is launching its 16th annual "Fill-a-Bus" gift drive next week to benefit organizations supporting children in need.

From Dec. 12 to 16, the bus will tour RMV locations and MBTA buildings in the greater Boston area to benefit the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, Yawkey Boys and Girls Club of Roxbury and Heading Home.

To get involved, bring a new, unwrapped toy to one of the following locations:

Monday, Dec. 12

Mass Aeronautics: 1 Harborside Dr., East Boston (9 a.m. to 10 a.m.)

MBTA Everett Repair Shop: 80 Broadway, Everett (12 p.m. to 1 p.m.)

MBTA Charlestown Bus Garage: 21 Arlington Ave., Charlestown (2 p.m. to 3 p.m.)

Tuesday, Dec. 13

Highway District 4 Office: 519 Appleton St., Arlington (9 a.m. to 10 a.m.)

MBTA Lynn Bus Garage: 985 Western Ave., Lynn (11 a.m. to 12 p.m.)

MBTA Operations: 45 High St., Boston (1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
