A Rhode Island-based chain will open their third restaurant at the upcoming Watertown development.

WATERTOWN, MA – A Rhode Island-based chain will open its third restaurant next year at Arsenal Yards. Condesa Restaurante Mexicano, owned by brothers Roberto and Ernesto Leon, will join Shake Shack, Pokeworks and City Works Eatery and Pour House at the upcoming development.

"The Leon brothers' energy and authentic flair contribute to the warm hospitality and diverse flavors that are what the Arsenal Yards experience is all about," Bill McQuillan, principal of Boylston Properties, said in a statement. "We're thrilled that they've chosen to expand to Massachusetts and open their first restaurant in the state at Arsenal Yards."

The restaurant will offer authentic Yucatan dishes, recipes from southern Mexico and tequila from Jalisco. The menu includes recipes from the Leon brothers' mother, father and aunt, and are hand-crafted in a scratch kitchen with only the freshest ingredients.

"We look forward to bringing the fiesta to East End Watertown and sharing the flavors of Mexico with the community," Roberto Leon, Co-Owner, Condesa Restaurante Mexicano, said in a statement. "From traditional recipes to exotic dishes including cactus and a variety of unique flavors, our recipes have been passed down through our family and we're proud to share them with our new amigos at Arsenal Yards."
