Nzuko Restaurant To Open In Watertown

WATERTOWN, MA — Watertown's River Park Lofts is getting a new storefront to the building — the popular Nzuko restaurant, which has a location in Framingham. There's no hard opening date yet, but the building company said the Caribbean and Mediterranean fusion restaurant will open in spring 2020.

The restaurant will be located at 60 Howard Street in town. The Framingham location is along Route 30 and the restaurant had one other location in the Natick Mall but it's no longer in business.

Nzuko offers gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and organic meat options. The Framingham menu includes jerk chicken, bean burgers, salmon wraps and smoothies, among other organic options.

Nzuko will be the first storefront restaurant in the River Park Lofts complex.
