Poll Workers: Voter Turnout is Low for U.S. Senate Primary
Watertown polls are open until 8 p.m. for the U.S. Senate primary.

Watertown residents looking to vote in today's U.S. Senate special primary have about five hours left to do so, while poll workers this morning reported turnout had been "slow."
At precinct 10's voting place, at the Watertown police station, 156 residents had cast ballots by about noon.Β

"It's really low," saidΒ DeannaΒ Dement Myers, the warden for the precinct, who said she expected low turnout to continue at the polls today.
Democrats today have the option of voting in the primary forΒ Stephen Lynch,Β Edward Markey, orΒ Brett Rhyne (write-in candidate).Β Those enrolled as Republicans can vote forΒ Gabriel Gomez,Β Michael Sullivan, orΒ Daniel Winslow.
