Some of the performers are:

The show organizer, Jack Lynch, who has toured nationally and played the major venues, such as The Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut, The Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, The Improv in Miami Beach, The Punchline in Atlanta, Georgia, the Comedy Works in Montreal, Canada, as well as many colleges up and down the East Coast.

In these shows, Jack draws from his own 34 years in recovery. According to Lynch, laughter is one of the most important aspects of human nature which is lost in addiction. Jack reminds his audience that it is not only great to laugh, but also a healthy outlet and a crucial part to a more content sobriety.

Also performing at the benefit is Joey Carroll, who made his way onto the comedy scene on a dare. His first open mike got him his first paid gig. He recently performed at the Boston Comedy Festival. He was selected to be in the Best of the Fest performance at the Hazardous Comedy Show.

Joey has been described as a cross between George Carlin and Dennis Miller. His no-holds barred style has won him the respect of his fellow comedians and the laughter of his audiences. Edgy is his favorite way to work. And while performing with Bobcat Goldthwait during the Montreal Comedy Festival he was cast to appear with Bobcat in Comedy Central Pulp Comics. Joey’s clean observational comedy makes him a perfect act for just about any venue.

Mike Prior has toured with several national recording artists such as Weird Al Yankovick and Randy Travis. He was one of the featured performers on a Comedy Central special in 2004, and has played supporting roles in commercials for the New England Aquarium and Boston Center for the Arts.

His ability to work clean has made him a fan favorite at hundreds of corporate and college venues. Mike has an amazing ability to turn life’s most frustrating moments into hilarious stories in which everyone can relate.
