Watertown Diner Now Closed

The former Victor's Diner on N Beacon Street has quietly shut down.

WATERTOWN, MA – A retro-themed diner on N Beacon Street has shut down, according to Boston Restaurant Talk. The site reported that Watertown Diner is now closed, citing Yelp posters as well as a disconnected phone at the restaurant.

The diner changed its name from Victor's Diner in 2013. The space served standard diner fare, like eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, steak tips and more, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.

It was a callback to a time gone by, adorning its walls with images of '50s icons like Marilyn Monroe, James Dean and Elvis Presley.
