Watertown Health Center Wins 2016 National Quality Award
The senior care facility received the award for its efforts in improving the lives of its residents.

Watertown, MA β A local senior facility is being honored for its dedication toΒ providing quality care to its residents.
The Watertown Health Center received the 2016 Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living for "the quality of its vision, clarity of its mission and demonstrated ability to assess its customers' expectations."
The center was also recognized for demanding the best from its caregivers.

Established in 1996, the National Quality Award Program is a three-tiered awards system designed to ensure improved performance from care facilities.Β
By winning the bronze award, Watertown Health Center can now apply for the Silver Achievement Award and then gold.

"This is a terrific honor presented by two outstanding organizations in the senior care industry and I am so pleased for our dedicated and accomplished team of caring and compassionate professionals that they are receiving the recognition they deserve for improving the quality of life of everyone who comes to Watertown Health Center,"Β Linda Rameau, executive director of WHC, said in a press release. "WHC offers the best clinical care and fastest recovery times of any senior care facility in theBoston area and we look forward to continuing in the National Quality AwardProgram in the months to come as we continue to improve the personalized care we offer to our residents and their families."
The National Quality Awards will be presented during the 67th Annual Convention and Exposition in Nashville, TN from October 16-19.
