Watertown's Arsenal Yards Collects 750 Items For Local Pantry
Arsenal Yards' Neighborhood Pickup event was a success with hundreds of donations rolling in.
WATERTOWN, MA — Arsenal Yards in Watertown helped stock the Watertown Food Pantry with a recent event.
Arsenal Yards hosted a Neighborhood Pickup event last week and invited members of the community to drop off a donation to the Watertown Food Pantry in exchange for a tie dye swag bag full of perks from Arsenal Yards retailers, along with crafts and surprises from Arsenal Yards.
The event brought hundreds of people out and more than 750 food items were brought to the event, along with some cash donations. The team from Arsenal Yards delivered the donations to the Watertown Food Pantry on Tuesday and thanked the community for its generosity.
