Watertown's Arsenal Yards: What's Coming In 2019
The redevelopment is expected to include a supermarket, movie theater, the "best beer bar restaurant" and more.
WATERTOWN, MA – The redevelopment of Arsenal Mall into Arsenal Yards is expected to be completed next spring and will include several new entertainment, dining and shopping options, according to the Boston Globe.
Among the openings slated for the development is a Roche Bros. supermarket; The Majestic movie theater, which will feature seven screens and a full bar; City Works Eatery & Pour House, which bills itself as the "best beer bar restaurant" and features American fare and craft beer; and 500 residences.
Developer Bill McQuillan told the Globe six to eight more restaurants and a hotel could be on the horizon as well.
