38 Percent Of Wellesley Has Received At Least 1 Vaccine Dose
85 percent of Wellesley residents over age 75 have received both doses, according to the state's data.

WELLESLEY, MA — More than 1,800 of Wellesley's oldest residents have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the state’s data. Roughly 22 percent of Wellesley residents as a whole are fully vaccinated, up from 19 percent last week.
Roughly 17 percent of the town's residents have received just the first dose. Sixty-four percent of residents ages 65 to 74 are fully vaccinated, and 17 percent in that age group have received just their first dose.
Wellesley reported 86 cases of coronavirus in the two weeks leading up to the state report released Thursday, placing it in the "yellow" zone.
