Fieldstone Way is a new townhouse community in Wellesley located at 135 Great Plain Avenue. The development has 44 one, two and three bedroom residences and is marketed by Maloney Properties.
Seven condominiums in the development are now available as affordable housing units administered under Massachusetts Chapter 40B. Interested buyers are encouraged to apply by September 15, 2020 for an upcoming lottery.

Preference will be given for first-time homebuyers, family size and local preference. Applicants given a local preference include current residents of Wellesley; municipal employees of Wellesley; employees of Wellesley businesses; and households with children attending Wellesley schools, such as METCO students.
