Attorney General Approves Special Town Of Wellesley Meeting Articles

On February 9, 2021, Zoning Bylaw Amendments voted by Town Meeting Members were approved.

The Office the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts approved articles from Wellesley's October 2020 Special Town Meeting.

On February 9, 2021, Zoning Bylaw Amendments voted by Town Meeting Members were approved. Zoning Bylaws are effective as of the date of the Town Meeting vote.

In addition, the Attorney General's Office approved the Town General Bylaw Amendments, Articles 23 and 25. Town Bylaws are effective the date of the publication of notice on February 12, 2021.

The Attorney General's office has extended the decision period for Article 28, the amendment to Ban the Sale of Fur in Wellesley, for an additional 90 days.
