Belclare Condos To Open Next Year

The Belclare Wellesley project is set to open next year, as construction has been revived on the Wellesley Inn site.

The Belclare will offer 25 luxury units at an average size of 1,900 square feet and five affordable housing units.

The development’s market-rate units range in price from $1.4 million to $3.2 million, with the average nearly $2 million, according to a report in the Boston Globe.

The condos are expected to have a den and a laundry room, according to the Globe report, and amenities at the Belclare should include a fitness center with a sauna, and garage parking.
