Foot of Snow Possible for Wellesley
A "plowable" amount of snow will drop on Wellesley this weekend; some models predict a foot of snow or more.

WELLESLEY, MA — The biggest snowstorm so far this winter will hit Wellesley this weekend.
Preliminary forecasts say Wellesley will get hit with up to a foot of snow or more Saturday. Other models say Wellesley will get 4 to 8 inches.
The snow will start Saturday morning and should last through Sunday morning.

It’s part of a huge storm that will hit from Washington, D.C., in the south up to Maine. West Virginia is expected to receive 3 feet of snow.
Meanwhile, Wellesley saw wind chill values plummet near subzero territory Tuesday morning as wind gusts hit 45 mph. Wednesday’s weather will be similar.
