Buyers continued to be very active. In the period since 10/27/14 - 11/03/14, four single family homes came on the market and eight sold. We are down to 104 remaining homes (versus 87 this week, last year). The $1M-$1.5M segment was the most active. There were also 14 price corrections over the past week.
