Snowstorm to Hit Wellesley

Snow and strong winds will hit Wellesley this week.

WELLESLEY, MA — Wellesley will get hit with a snowstorm Tuesday night.

The storm will drop 2-3 inches on the region. The snow should start late Tuesday afternoon and end around midnight. The evening commute will be affected, according to the National Weather Service.

It will be just the second snowstorm with measurable accumulation this winter. A late-December storm dropped about 5 inches on Wellesley.

Here’s the latest forecast:

  • Tuesday: Snow starting near 4 p.m. High 37, low 24. 15 mph winds.
  • Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a chance of light snow around noon. 25 mph winds, with gusts hitting 45 mph. High 28, low 14.
