
A string of car break-ins were reported on Sept. 15, according to the Wellesley Police Department. All of the vehicles were unlocked, police said.
Ten unlocked vehicles were broken into late Saturday night and early Sunday morning this past weekend, police said. The break-ins happened on Wellesley Avenue, Swarthmore Road, Southgate and Wilson, according to police.
Electronic devices, money and other items were taken from the vehicles. According to police, some car doors were left open after the break-ins.

Police are encouraging residents to keep car doors locked and to report any suspicious activity to the Wellesley Police Department at 781-235-1212.
