Tree Falls On Wellesley Home After Morning Of High Winds

WELLESLEY, MA — Wicked winds whipped through Wellesley on Monday night into Tuesday morning, bringing a tree down on one unlucky home.

The tree crushed part of the roof of a home on Francis Road in Wellesley. Branches and debris littered the roof, porch and yard. Wellesley police officials said there were no injuries.

Wind gusts of more than 50 miles per hour swept through Massachusetts overnight. A wind advisory remains in effect until 3 p.m.
