Wellesley Bertucci's Closes Doors

WELLESLEY, MA — The Bertucci's in Wellesley shut down for good Sunday night.

The restaurant on Washington Street suddenly closed over the weekend. The company told Boston Restaurant Talk that the closure was lease-related. Many of the workers have been transferred to other locations.

The closure is the third in the Boston area for the chain. The Faneuil Hall and Kenmore Square locations shut down earlier this month.

The closest Bertucci's are now in Needham, Newton, Waltham, and West Roxbury.
