WELLESLEY, MA — Wellesley has 206 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in town as of Thursday — no new cases of the virus were reported on Thursday. There are 82 cases total in Wellesley long-term care facilities.
The town has disclosed a total of 31 positive antibody tests.
While several businesses reopen, the town clarified that Morses Pond will not be open on May 25. The beach and swimming areas remain closed; no lifeguards or beach staff are working. Wellesley restaurants continue to offer take-out, curbside and delivery options but are not open for inhouse or outdoor dining service.

The Library is preparing reopening plans for June. Beginning June 1, the Main Library book drops will be reopened to accept returns ONLY and limited staff will be back in the building. The Library will be open for phone reference only on Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Curbside service and book pick-up is not expected to resume until later in June as part of Phase 2 of the reopening plan. The due date to return books is June 30.
