The main branch of the Wellesley Free Library is closing on Friday, April 23 for construction. The months-long project will include a new roof for the Library building and renovations to the Library interior.

During construction, there will be no access to the Library parking lot or the automated book drop. However, a 24-hour manual book drop will be available outside the entrance to the Library parking garage and accessible to all patrons.
To make sure Library services continue during the project, a temporary Library location will open at 50 Central Street (formerly Talbots) for holds pick up and 15-minute express browsing. The temporary location opening is slightly delayed; please watch for updates. The hours will be:

The Hills and Fells branch libraries will reopen on April 27 for holds pick up and 15-minute express browsing during weekdays. Hours at these locations are:
