Wellesley Homes That Sold Last Week: What Went Near You?

WELLESLEY, MA — Whether you're moving in or out of Wellesley, or you're a lifer who is just curious where the new folks are moving in, it's pretty informative to know what the homes in your neighborhood are going for. Last week, a dozen homes sold in Wellesley between July 16 and July 21, according to realtor.com. Compare that with 17 in neighboring Brookline and nine in Arlington. It may come as no surprise that 10 of the 12 homes that sold went for more than $1 million.

The priciest

20 Old Farm Road sold for $2.73 million, according to Realtor.com. It was listed in January and then relisted at a lower price in June, according to the website. By way of reference, there have been at least 16 homes on the market that sold for more money so far this year in Wellesley.

The cheapest

12 Intervale Road went for $783,000. According to Realtor.com it actually went on the market last July then went down nearly $100,000 in price before it sold recently.
