Wellesley PD Warn About String Of Car Break-Ins

Police reminded residents to lock cars even when they're parked in the driveway.

WELLESLEY, MA — Wellesley police are reminding residents to keep their car locked after a string of car break-ins were reported on Sunday morning.

Several cars were reported broken into between Beechwood Road and Manor Avenue on Sunday morning.

Police warned resident to lock their cars even when they're parked in driveways. Police also reminded residents to bring valuables inside with them instead of in the car and to keep driveway sensor lights on to help catch potential thieves.
