The Wok In Wellesley Closes For Renovations

WELLESLEY, MA — A Chinese restaurant, that was featured as an under the radar spot on Boston's Hidden Restaurants, temporarily closed. The Wok put a sign in front of its restaurant at 180 Worcester Street, which said it was closing for renovations.

Those renovations weren't disclosed, but according to the Swellesley Report, ownership changed hands, and the new owners will redo the inside and potentially add a sushi bar. Hon Pui and Carol Chan ran the Wok for more than 40 years and will now retire.
