147-Year-Old Building Sells For More Than $1M In Westborough

WESTBOROUGH, MA—A very old building has sold in Westborough, according to reports.

The four-story building at 22-28 West Main St. was sold to the Senusa Group Inc. just under $1.3 million, reports the Worcester Business Journal. The 10,000-square foot building is 147 years old and a mixed-use and commercial property.
