Grand Opening for 4 Model Townhomes Planned

Four professionally decorated model townhomes at Westborough Village will open to the public next weekend.

Toll Brothers will hold the grand opening of the townhomes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. next Saturday, Jan. 26 and Sunday, Jan. 27, the developer said in a press release Thursday.

Westborough Village is a 276-unit residential project at 15 Gleason St., near the Westborough commuter rail station.

The four model townhomes will be part of the project's The Meadows Collection, which "has both 2-story and 3-story townhomes with 2-car garages and two or three bedrooms. Four distinctive home designs, ranging from 1,940 to 2,360 square feet, are available. Pricing starts from the mid-$300,000s," according to the press release.

On Jan. 9, Toll Brothers officials discussed with interested buyers the eight 2-bedroom townhomes available.

Applicants face a Feb. 1 deadline. Applications are available at Westborough Town Hall, the Westborough Public Library, calling 978-456-8388 or e-mailing lotteryinfo@mcohousingservices.com, the developers said. The lottery is at 7 p.m. Feb. 7 in room 24 of the Forbes Municipal Building.
