Man Charged With 5th OUI Offense: Westborough Police

WESTBOROUGH, MA - The following are excerpts from the Westborough police log.

Friday, Dec. 18

• At 1:14 a.m., police pulled a vehicle over at Nourse Street and Brewer Drive. Gary McCarthy, 59, 2205 Haleyon Dr., Worcester, was arrested and charged with OUI (fifth offense), possession of drugs, Class B

Saturday, Dec. 19

• At 2:10 a.m., police responded to Milk Street. Dmitri Boundoukin, 37, 5B Fernwood Drive, Leominster, was arrested and charged with OUI (liquor), speeding
• At 2:47 a.m., police responded to a disturbance, Charlestown Meadows Drive
• At 6:08 p.m., police responded to reports of an erratic operator on West Main Street. Vijyant, 44, 11 Whitehall Circle, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, failing to stop, OUI alcohol over .08
• At 8:47 p.m., police responded to a disturbance, Moses Wheelock Lane

Sunday, Dec. 20

• At 11:30 a.m., police responded to reports of an erratic operator, Turnpike Road and Lyman Street
