Westborough Affordable Housing Lottery is Open

Applications are now available to submit for affordable housing at Westborough Village.

The development includes 276 new units, with 33 two-bedroom units for eligible first time homebuyers. The available units are townhomes or stacked flats. The townhomes include two bedrooms, 2 1⁄2 baths and a two car garage in +/- 2044 sq. ft. of living space. The stacked flats include two bedrooms and two baths in 1168 square foot Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and laundry hookup are included. There are three lotteries for the 33 affordable units. This information package is for the third and final lottery for the remaining 16 units.

An open house to learn more about the lottery program is happening on Saturday, OCt. 31, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Building 33, Unit 247, 105 Deacon Shattuck Way, Westborough.

The maximum sales price for the affordable units is $160,500, and these units will be sold by lottery.

A public information meeting on the lottery program will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2015, Room 23, in at the Forbes Municipal Building, 45 W.
