Westborough Village Interest Continues

The developers of a 276-unit residential project near the Westborough commuter rail station will sign their 46th contract this Sunday, Sales Manager Pauline Enterkin said Thursday.

Toll Brothers also has five outstanding deposits at the site, known as Westborough Village, she said.

The transit-oriented development at 15 Gleason St. hosted a grand opening for its townhomes in late January.

The project includes luxury townhomes, "garden-style homes, and single-family homes," according to its website.
