ICYMI: 25 Properties Were Sold in Westford in November
Here's all the sales and how much they went for - including one for nearly $10 million. There were also two foreclosures.
Twenty-five properties were sold in Westford in November, according to the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds.
The most expensive sale by far was at 3 Park Drive, the Westford House Nursing Home. That price tag was $9,687,659. Outside of that, 4 Autumn Lead Ln. (pictured above) sold for $955,000.
There were also two foreclosures last month in Westford - one at 100 Nutting Rd. Unit G-4 and the other at 124 Plain Rd.
