Twenty-seven properties were sold in Westford in December, according to the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds.
The two priciest sales were doozies: 22 Town Farm Rd. went for $5,625,000 and 203 Littleton Rd. (pictured above via Google Maps) for $2,009,000.
There was also one foreclosure in Westford: 24 North Hill Rd.
