27 Westford Properties Sold in January

Twenty-seven properties were sold in Westford in January, according to the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds.

Six of those sales were for more than a half-million dollars, including 35 Colonial Dr. ($682,500, pictured above courtesy of realtor.com) and 14 Douglas Rd. ($657,000).

There were no Westford foreclosures in January.
