The Aging Mastery Program® is coming to Cameron thanks to funding from the Cummings Foundation. The Aging Mastery Program® (AMP) was first piloted nationally in five senior centers and incorporates evidence-based materials, expert speakers, group discussion, and peer support to give participants the skills and tools they need to achieve improvements in their lives. The premise of this 10 week program is that if older adults spend a bit more time each day taking better care of themselves it will lead to higher levels of physical and emotional wellbeing, increased civic engagement and stronger social connectedness. Coming to Westford Tuesdays, April 23rd – June 25th, from 4:00 – 5:30 pm. The cost per person is $30 for the materials and speaker series (actual value is $60/person).
