The Aging Mastery Program® (AMP) is a national program that uses evidenced based materials, expert speakers, group discussion and peer support to improve the physical, financial, and emotional wellness of older adults. This 5-week program (2x/week for 10 sessions) aims to empower participants to make and maintain small, impactful changes to their behaviors to live healthier, happier, and more secure lives. This series will be offered either in the building (pending the Governor’s orders) and/or via an online computer teleconferencing site. The cost per person is $15 for the materials and speaker series (actual value is $60/person). Any questions please contact Annette at 978-399-2326.
