If you wish to request a mail-in ballot for the May 4, 2021 Annual Town Election, you can download the application here: https://www.westfordma.gov/DocumentCenter/View/8979/Early-Voting-Application

Once you fill out the application, you can email it to townclerk@westfordma.gov, mail it to the Town Clerk's Office (55 Main St, Westford MA 01886), bring it directly to the Clerk's Office (our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM), or drop it off in the secure drop-box located next to the back door of Town Hall. Ballots will be mailed out beginning the week of April 12th.
