Flagg Road Man Arrested For Fourth Alleged OUI

Oct. 15, 9:10 p.m. - Derek Halvorsen, 46, of Flagg Rd. in Westford was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicles following a revoked license, marked lane violations, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (fourth offense). 

Oct. 18, 8:09 a.m. - Jenna Ucello, 32, of 406 Pawtucket St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance. 

Oct. 18, 9:09 p.m. - Joseph Owen Jr., 56, of Wynchwood Hghts in Littleton and Scott Theide, 42, of 111 Bixby Hill Rd. in Groton were arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
