Groton Woman Arrested In Fireworks Related OUI
The following information was supplied by the Westford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Oct. 8, 5:36 p.m. -Â Heather Marie Hamelin, 29, of Goddard Street in Fitchburg was arrested for alleged driving without an inspection sticker, driving with a suspended license, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations.
Oct. 8, 10:14 p.m. -Â Ernest Rogers, 46, of Bowers Street in Nashua was arrested on charges of being an alleged fugitive from justice.
Oct. 9, 8:58 a.m. -Â Michelle Silver, 42, of Valliria Dr. in Groton was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence (OUI), marked lane violations, motor vehicle equipment violations, unlawful possession of fireworks, leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
The OUI charge was her second.
Oct. 10, 4:41 p.m. -Â Joseph Gallagher, 53, of 11 Woodhaven Dr. in Franklin was arrested for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance.
